CRE/Companies was founded in 2013 and is the successor company to its predecessor founded in 2005.

While seeing first hand the decision making and market inefficiencies which contributed to the "Great Recession" (cir. 2007-2010), CRE/Companies' Founder and President re-established the firm to ensure its clients would have the best possible information and analysis to make correct commercial real estate decisions to maximize investments and mitigate risks.

Having worked on all sides of the Tenant, Landlord, and Investor relationship, We believe that correct information, analysis, and decision making perpetually benefits all parties. Investors who purchase the right asset at the correct value become Landlords who operate and manage real estate efficiently which provides Tenants the freedom to focus on their business strengths and ability to pay fair market rates which benefits the successful Investors.

David Ahn provies a wealth of knowledge and expertise coupled with unwavering commitment for CRE/Companies, its clients, and the commercial real estate industry. Over the years he has been involved in the property and asset management of millions of square feet of commercial and multi-family real estate, played key roles in hundred of millions of dollars in purchase and lease transactions, and provided consulting services to a myriad of clients including attorneys, banks, retail and restaurant chains, institutional operations, and individual investors.
